Lichnos Beach
DESCRIPTION:
Lichnos beach is one among the most beautiful beaches of Parga which is conveniently located in a pretty and of natural beauty bay, just 4 kilometers distance of the town of Parga. Even though Lichnos beach is well hidden in the warm hug of a green bay visitors can easily find it on their left side while they are traveling towards Parga.
This sandy and pebbly beach with clear, deep water is accessible by car, by motorbike, by bicycle and by boat. For those who are real funs of adventure and walking along ancient paths through countryside, Lichnos beach can also be accessible on foot.
The magnificent scenery of this beach which successfully combines the green of the olive groves with the blue of clear sky and clear crystal sea water, makes it one among tourists’ most favorite beaches.

How to reach the beach:
There are a few ways to visit Lichnos beach.
a. By Boat from the Port of Parga.
b. With your own car .If you are coming from Preveza or Igoumenitsa direction, after the village Agia Kyriaki on your left side .If you are going outside Parga towards Preveza or Igoumenitsa after 4 kilometers on your left side. Also you can visit Lichnos beach with a motorbike and even with a mountain bike.

It is worth to visit:
The famous Aphrodite cave( In Homeruns book is written that the goodness of the beauty ,Aphrodite( was taken her bath in that cave) .The cave you can visit if you hire a pedalo from the beach ,because is 5 minutes away from Lichnos beach.
